For rental properties, we also establish guest communication processes, cleaning schedules, and listing management systems.
4. Onboarding
We collect access codes, manuals, and details of your preferred suppliers so we can act quickly and efficiently when needed. This step ensures there are no delays in emergencies and that your property is always looked after exactly as you want.
