 We’re a concierge / key holding service. For regulated tourist licensing or real‑estate activities we work alongside licensed partners where required.

We are based in Cala D'or but we will work island wide, although we do charge travel time over 30 minutes from Cala D'or. Our main operation areas are Santanyí, Cala d’Or, Portocolom, Felanitx, Campos, and nearby towns. Ask for other locations.

 Keys are coded (no addresses), stored in a lockbox when not in use, and logged in/out for every visit.

We’ll send photos/video, options and quotes. We only proceed with your approval (except emergency shut‑off/safety actions).

Yes — we provide inspections, keyholding, and support throughout the year, adapting services to seasonal needs.

We currently work within normal working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, but we have partners who work 24/7 for emergencies. As for details.

Absolutely — we can coordinate with your preferred cleaners, gardeners, pool specialists, or other service providers.

Ideally at least 72 hours’ notice to guarantee all tasks, shopping, and services are completed before your arrival.
