We set heating or AC, air the property, and stock the fridge from your shopping list so you arrive to a ready-to-enjoy home. (Shopping at cost +10% sourcing).

We meet and oversee trades, cleaners, or deliveries, sign timesheets & ensuring work is completed to your standards. Travel Time charged at the same rate.

Personal welcome for guests or secure handover of keys at the property.

Reliable booked in transfers between Palma Airport and your property, charged by the hour. (Additional 50% for out of normal working hours)

Battery start, tyre inspection, fluid check, and short run to keep your car in good condition.

Monthly marina visit to check lines, fenders, bilges, covers, shore power.
